Press freedom groups on Friday filed an amicus brief in support of a journalist who has been in ICE detention in Georgia for more than 100 days. (Scripps News)

Some sue to remain in custody while some sue to be released immediately.  Either way, it's a problem created by ICE according to the MSM. :thud:
