Robbery suspect stabbed with samurai sword and thwarted

A Norristown robbery suspect was hospitalized Tuesday after the homeowner fought back, stabbing him with a samurai sword during a Montgomery County home invasion.

Won't the homeowner be charged with attempted murder for defending himself and his home? :whistle:
