All right people. I have watched the video Myst posted on the first page of this thread and compared it to the one I posted a bit upthread. Near as I can tell they are the same video. No AI. Here is what I concluded. He is wearing some type of light, concealable body armor. Tank top, custom and may give the impression of musculature (pects with nips, abs). But no backplates.
It appears the bullet hits somewhere in the letter D. That part of the shirt jerks up with the D at the peak. When the bullet hits the plate, it mushrooms (without fragmenting) , ricochets up at around a 75-80 degree angle (you can see the top/front/left side of the shirt bellow out) and enters the throat with enough force to destroy the carotid artery. It continues up and stops at the bottom of the skull, or penetrates the bottom of the skull but doesn't penetrate the top of the skull (in going out). That is why there is no exit wound(s). I'll note that the black lettering hides the entry hole and the slight bellowing allows passage of the bullet upwards without further damaging the shirt.
