Rep. John Larson (D-CT) sparked controversy after urging Americans to “rise up” against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, drawing a comparison between them and Nazi-era forces. The White House and other officials swiftly condemned the remarks, asserting that such rhetoric endangers law enforcement personnel. Authorities are reportedly reviewing whether statements like Larson’s may be contributing to increased threats against ICE agents.
