Likely some have been held on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.

We need to lower the age for capital punishment and for capital murder to 14.

Maybe separate jails for the younger set, but let those who commit adult crimes get adult sentences.

Absolutely! You do the crime...you do the time. Too many young people are "wilding".
