Days after President Trump fired Bureau of Labor Statistics chief Erika McEntarfer, a Biden appointee who repeatedly released bad data on jobs creation with big revisions afterward, the establishment left continues to howl about President Trump.

It's like they like bad data.

Now writer Don Surber has discovered a doozy of a BLS internal report from 2024, reported by Bloomberg News, that the agency has been mismanaging data up the wazoo.

In May, the U.S. added 19,000 jobs, much lower than a previously estimated total of 139,000 jobs, the BLS said. While in June, the economy added just 14,000 jobs, revising downward a previous estimate of 147,000 jobs.

Being off 253,000 jobs in two months is unacceptable.

I guess we'll have to see how jobs do in August, then the excuse will probably be that the deep state is still in BLS and Donnie hasn't fired them all yet.

Trump failed miserably his first term to rid his administration of Obama appointees, keeping 1,400 of them for  well over one year.  And here we are again, 7 months in and we have Biden appointees in key positions.  This is just plain dumb!!!    DUMB!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trump needs to find better people to implement his administration, for the people there are dropping the ball.  This far in, there should be zero Biden appointees.  Zero!!!

And the Republicans are weak against the Democommies.  The Democommies are proudly declaring they are defeating Trump, and they are.  Zero recess appointments for Trump says the Republicans are working against Trump.  Ridiculous behavior!!!!!

But eventually, they’re going to  run out of people and things  to blame. Right now it’s Jerome Powell and the BLS commissioner.

So let me wrap my mind around this

The Biden appointed BLS commissioners initial job numbers for May and June  were higher than the revisions. But she was somehow trying to hurt Trump????????

The BLS initial estimates were not low and revised upward. It appears to me  that she tried to make the jobs situation look better for Trump and got caught.

July numbers will probably be revised downward, also

Yeah is everyone forgetting "DOGE" cuts?!?  The Feds are down 84,000-150,000 jobs (depending on the source) since January and ~12,000 last month (July jobs report).

Consider jobs dependent on our tax money being shunted to NGOs and other organizations dependent on those funds being distributed. We do not fully know the extent of the shadow funding we have been doing, nor how many (outside the government, but within that funding penumbra) those funds have employed.
