Rep. James Comer (R-KY) has criticized Democratic leadership over the death of Illinois student Katie Abraham, allegedly killed by an illegal immigrant. Gov. J.B. Pritzker defended state policies, claiming immigration is a federal issue. Pritzker urged greater federal and state cooperation on the migrant crisis.

If it's a federal issue, how does he justify "sanctuary" cities for illegals?
