Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan faces federal obstruction charges for allegedly assisting undocumented immigrant Eduardo Flores-Ruiz evade arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). She was arrested and indicted for concealing an individual from arrest and obstructing justice after she reportedly misled ICE agents during a court hearing. Dugan claimed judicial immunity protects her actions and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
