I want to hear them explain why it’s okay that baby-faced illegal alien gangbangers are terrifying visitors and bringing mayhem and to Times Square and Central Park. I want to hear why Chicago keeps taxing its residents more and more to take care of the huge number of “undocumented citizens” who have flooded Chicago in recent years—while leaving its own legal residents high and dry. I want to see them defend the fact that Minnesota is a sanctuary city because it’s the "right thing to do," even though the same leaders who are all in on that allowed the city to burn in the 2020 BLM riots and refused to take action for over a year against an autonomous, lawless zone called “George Floyd Square.”
We probably won’t get many satisfying answers from the extremist leftists who support so-called "sanctuary city" policies, but at least we’ll be getting a chance to watch New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, and Chicago Gov. JB Pritzker squirm under direct questioning from House Republicans.
