Brazilian Child Rapist Arrested by ICE While Living at Daycare in Massachusetts
An illegal alien convicted of child rape in Brazil was arrested while living at a licensed daycare in the sanctuary state of Massachusetts, according to reports.
On Oct. 31, 2024, Andre Tiago Lucas was caught by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the Cape Cod town of Bourne, as InfoWars reported at the time.
Tiago Lucas, 36, had been hiding in the U.S. for years after being convicted of raping a 13-year-old victim and sentenced to nine years in prison by a court in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais in 2016.
The fugitive had been living at a home in Hyannis where Franciele Nunes was operating a family daycare, Boston 25 News reported on Tuesday.
Nunes was reportedly the mother of two children she had Tiago Lucas.
