I thought the climate thing made sense until my friend told me CO2 was only .04% of the atmosphere. 🤷

Yeah! Just 0.04% or 4 molecules out of 10,000. An increase of 1 CO2 molecule has apparently caused an existential climate change threat! But then you look at the data and it says a completely different picture - human flourishing, crop production breaking records, greening earth, doubling polar bear numbers, Arctic ice not changing that much, and all of the good stuff happening from, an allegedly, warming earth. And a reduced extreme weather events.
More CO2 is good for life on earth. That's for certain.
There is no climate emergency.
