I heard about this on tv *Newsmax, I think* yesterday, that the autopen was used on each and everything EXCEPT Biden's withdrawl speech, the formal statement. This begs the question of who was actually calling the shots during those four long years. Just a hunch, but I think it was a coalition, sometimes Jill, sometimes Obama or one his former staff, sometimes Pelosi, and so on. They only clashed at the very end when he was forced out during their coup.
