Guatemalan Illegal Arrested for Child Rape After 12-Year-Old Victim Gives Birth in Alabama

An illegal alien from Guatemala has been arrested for horrific sex crimes against a preteen victim after she gave birth to his child in Alabama, according to reports.

On Tuesday, 26-year-old Manuel Andres Francisco Tomas was apprehended by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office (MSCO) and charged with first-degree rape.

The Marshall County Criminal Investigations Division was alerted after a 12-year-old girl gave birth at a local hospital.

Investigators have already matched the newborn’s DNA to that of the suspect, 1819 News reports.
