Serial Criminal Wanted for Homicide Deported After 10 Illegal Entries
 
A foreign gangbanger who is wanted in Mexico for homicide has been deported after illegally entering the U.S. at least 10 times.

On Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the latest removal of 45-year-old Humberto Romero Avila.

Romero Avila is a Paisas gang member with a long criminal history in the U.S. spanning nearly 25 years.

He was caught illegally crossing the southern border five times between 2002 and 2005 and promptly returned to Mexico each time.

Each count of illegal re-entry should carry a five year prison sentence.
