Nah, that's too much.  Leave the two term limit alone.  What if this passed and then Obama wins a third term in the future?

Some of you skipped over this part:

“No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than three times, nor be elected to any additional term after being elected to two consecutive terms, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.’’

No way will 35 states ratify an amendment to the two term limit.

This is Trump's last hurrah.  And four years from now, if Trump can make it that far, I doubt he will want to do another term.

And the UGLY TRUTH of it all is that the Republicans will muck up the next couple years sufficiently that I can readily see the Democommies winning majorities in both houses of Congress in 2026.  Once that happens, how many days do you think it will take the Democommies to file for a 3rd impeachment?

If one-day voting  in person with photo ID and one-day counting are enacted by federal law, then this bill is unnecessary.
