A member of CNN's legal team questions potential jurors

A Florida jury has found CNN guilty of defaming U.S. Navy veteran Zachary Young. The jury awarded Young $5 million in damages for the harm to his reputation and business. Young testified that the segment had a devastating impact on his life, claiming CNN portrayed him as a criminal. CNN acknowledged an error in using the term "black market" but argued its reporting was accurate.
In this photo gallery, we examine the case and CNN's recent challenges.

The receptivity of the masses is very limited, their intelligence is small, but their power of forgetting is enormous. In consequence of these facts, all effective propaganda must be limited to a very few points and must harp on these in slogans until the last member of the public understands what you want him to understand by your slogan.
