An extremely interesting interview.  Thank you for posting this @mountaineer   I hope @Right_in_Virginia gets a chance to see it .... and others that doubted some of the things she's been pointing out about Russia and Ukraine.

Interesting, but Tucker seldom fails to deliver that. Worth a listen, at least to get a differing viewpoint on the situation.

I doubt that Russia has an effective nuclear arsenal. Their willingness to put conventional warheads on their ICBMs and then use them to destroy Ukrainian apartment blocks speaks to this.

Yep.  I'm willing to bet that their stockpile is mostly non-functional now, based on the rotten, corrupt state of their other armed forces.  Nuclear bombs and warheads have a shelf-life and have to be carefully maintained and monitored, something the Russians have obviously NOT been doing within their military for years.  Their last nuclear test was in October 1990.  And heck, there's even a question about whether or not ours still work after three decades!
