Illegal Alien Released by Biden’s Border Patrol Charged With Killing Georgia Realtor in 100 MPH DUI
An illegal alien from Honduras is facing a slew of charges after he allegedly ran a red light while drunk-driving at extreme speed and slammed into another vehicle in Georgia, killing the driver, according to reports.
The horrifying tragedy unfolded at around 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 15 in Chamblee, a small city in DeKalb County.
Investigators say Christian Fernando Irias-Ruiz, 20, was traveling at 100 mph when he blew a red light and T-boned a car driven by 37-year-old Jimmy Chang.
Chang was killed in the collision, Irias-Ruiz and two of his passengers suffered injuries, and a motorist in a third involved vehicle was also injured, WSBTV reports.
