I have heard various talking heads shrugging shoulders and saying that NONE of these "Trump Proof America!" efforts by Biden and various Democrat governors have any meaning. They can all be easily overturned by Trump and his Senate/House majorities.

Also, I have no doubt that Trump will appoint at least one new supreme court judge in the next few years.

All of the hysterics by State and Federal Democrats are all just bluster to vent their frustration at losing. It is all just a poker bluff which will fold to nothing when Trump and his Administration challenges them.
