The U.S. Navy's newest combat ship, the future USS Beloit (LCS 29) at Veterans Park in Milwaukee on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024. The 387-foot-long Freedom-variant littoral combat ship will officially receive its name and be commissioned for active service Saturday morning.

Guess I haven't been paying close attention.  That ship only has one anchor.  Is this a new standard?  Guess it makes sense, the port side anchor was a pain in the ass to hook up and drop.

Maybe they just forgot to put it on and rather than look stupid, just said nothing as if it was the way it was supposed to be. :shrug:
