Story by Patrick J. McDonnell

"We don't agree that migrants be treated as criminals," Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said in her strongest condemnation of Trump's vow to implement the largest deportations in U.S. history.

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said immigrants shouldn't be viewed as "criminals," but declared that Mexico has a plan for an influx of returnees should President-elect Donald Trump proceed with threatened mass deportations of immigrants, many of them Mexican nationals.

"We don’t agree that migrants be treated as criminals," Sheinbaum told reporters Thursday at her regular morning news conference, in her strongest condemnation yet of Trump's vow to implement the largest deportations in U.S. history.

Immigrants are not criminals, illegal immigrants are.

Fewking idiot.  If they are present in the U.S. illegally, then yes, they are criminals and should be treated as such.  Mexico does precisely the same thing.

Foreign nationals who enter the country illegally or stay in the country illegally are committing Federal crimes.  People who commit crimes are criminals.

Mexico has stricter immigration policies than the US.  Mexico could relax its immigration regulations to accomodate more "refugees" and "assylum seekers".

Mexican politicians are worried about losing kickbacks from the drug and human trafficking cartels as a result of a secure Border.

My message to the Mexican president:  Bullcrappola!!!!  What part of ILLEGAL don't you flippin' understand???
Live in  harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.
