CNN Reporter Blows The Whistle, Reveals PA Democrats’ Plot To Retain Senate Seat

A stop-the-steal effort has been initiated by Pennsylvania Democrats intent on defying a court order in their bid to keep Dave McCormick from taking the seat of Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA), who narrowly lost his reelection.

CNN investigative reporter Andy Kaczynski wrote on X that Democrats in Bucks County have voted to count provisional ballots in the race despite the Pennsylvania Supreme Court previously ruling they should remain uncounted. “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country,” said Democratic county commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia as she voted Thursday to count ballots where voters did not submit the two legally required signatures on the outside of the ballot. “People violate laws anytime they want,” she continued. “So, for me, if I violate this law it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes.”

PA just elected a Republican AG.  This is a willful admission of illegal behavior, and he needs to prosecute these commissioners.

Well... If they mix those ballots in so they can't be removed later throw the entire county's votes out and put the commissioners in jail.

Bucks County commissioners who voted to violate the law by flouting a ruling from the Democratic-leaning Pennsylvania Supreme Court spurred outrage from local and national Republicans.

The decision to count roughly 124 provisional ballots that were missing signatures, against the advice of the board’s lawyers, shocked Bucks County Republican Party Chairwoman Pat Poprik, who blasted the board members for not following a clear law laid out earlier this year.

“It’s been affirmed now by the Supreme Court,” Poprik told the Washington Examiner in an interview on Friday. “So when my county commissioners voted the other day not to do it, they’re going against the law. It’s that simple.”

On Thursday, two of the three Bucks County Commissioners voted to accept ballots that voters signed in one section but not another. The ballots could be pivotal in a Senate contest recount between Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) and challenger Dave McCormick.

Board member Diane Marseglia made her intention of violating the law clear, saying she was doing it to get the attention of a higher court.

“I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country, and people violate laws anytime they want,” Marseglia said. “So for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention to it.”

Casey's lead attorney Marc Elias coordinated the exact same tactic in MSP in 2008, to allow Al Franken to unseat Norm Coleman by 11 votes.

And we've known and I have screamed about it since the day after the race was called.  The GOP brain trust (/s) should have seen this coming.

Casey had 7000 illegal votes added. Votes a bipartisan court ruled illegal @MarsegliaHarvie (Bucks County Commissioners Diane Marseglia and Bob Harvie) arrogantly defied that & allowed votes that are invalid by law.
Logic dictates Democrats are blatantly setting a precedent because they can’t change the law.

Tonight the RNC is filing two new lawsuits — in Bucks County and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court — to STOP the counting of illegal ballots. We have won this court battle several times already.
Let’s be clear: @DaveMcCormickPA has won this race. Bob Casey lost and Democrat officials and lawyers are trying to sow doubt in the democratic process.
Our attorneys will not let it stand.
