They intend to increase the cash flowing from the U.S. and advanced free world nations from billions to TRILLIONS of dollars. They will use this money to bribe developing nations to keep their people in energy poverty in support of the Paris Climate Accords. China, of course, gets a pass from contributing, while continuing to emit more greenhouse gases than America and Europe combined. China is, however, fully prepared to supply unreliable energy products in exchange for all that cash.
