A member of the totalitarian left and the US Senate is now calling on the DOJ to force Justices Alito and Thomas to recuse themselves from their Trump cases.

Democrat Jamie Raskin from Maryland actually wants Jack Smith and others

Democrat Jamie Raskin, is hands down one of the wackiest members of the House of Representatives.  Nothing he says EVER makes any sense.  He is the classic communist ditz!

Um, wouldn't this violate Seperation of Powers?  Whom would the DoJ appeal to, the US Supreme Court?
