Rampant fraudulent voting is obviously taking place and I highly doubt this scenario is limited to Iowa.

One report I saw earlier led me to believe the paid registration harvesters were just making them up in order to pad their paychecks. Who knows how diligent the folks who are responsible for vetting this stuff really are.
