There are many staffing companies that act as facilitators for acquiring talent from foreign countries, i.e., India, Brazil, Eastern Europe, Philippines, etc. They recruiters in those foreign countries to find individuals to come to America on work visas. Some are above board, others are shady racketeering outfits.
How do you think all those Indian H-1B visa holders made their way to America? ... via Cognizant, Capgemini, etc.
In the technology sector, if Globalists can't export the work, yet, they'll import labor to facilitate knowledge transfer for future offshoring.
The Haitian immigrants are making the most of an opportunity to make better lives for themselves in America and for their families in Haiti.
The real enemy is the US Government. It's their policies that incentivize companies to offshore or to bring in foreign talent.
