Biden returns to Wisconsin as Harris and Trump poll neck and neck in the state

President Joe Biden will make his first visit to Wisconsin next week since exiting the presidential race.

Biden will campaign next Thursday in a to-be-announced location in the southwestern portion of the state. Biden will highlight his “Investing in America agenda” and how it is “benefiting communities across Wisconsin and ensuring Americans have a brighter, more prosperous future,” an administration official told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Biden’s visit is also expected to focus on the problems facing small towns and rural America. More than half of Wisconsin voters in 2020 came from small towns and rural areas, according to the Associated Press.

Wisconsin is going to be hard for Mr. Trump this time around.

Reasons why:
- Shift in elected officials from red to blue
and more importantly,
- A complete right-to-left shift in the composition of the state supreme court (as least I recall reading that).

And in light of the above, The Party's underground (and above-ground) election apparatus will be strong there this time... perhaps even strong enough to overcome a 2-3 point [real voter] lead by Mr. Trump by using manufactured ballots and other means...
