The Marxist candidate
By Chris Talgo

In 1959, Richard Condon’s book The Manchurian Candidate was published, a political thriller about a communist plot to infiltrate the highest echelons of the U.S. political system, thereby allowing communism to spread its wings in the United States. Fortunately, this work of fiction remained just that; a fictitious tale.

Yet, here we are, a few decades after the fall of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War, with an avowed Marxist on the top of the Democrat ticket.

Vice President Kamala Harris is a Marxist. This is not hyperbole; it is an indisputable fact.

Although Kamala Harris’ campaign likes to tell the story that she grew up in Oakland, the truth is that she was born and raised in the Marxist enclave known as Berkeley, California. Although there is nothing wrong with growing up in Berkeley per se, I find it interesting that Harris and her campaign have chosen to hide this fact from the people.

I used to think that the Democrats lack imagination with their “Republicans are the Taliban” type comments

She is a California style progressive. She’s Gavin Newsom with a vagina. Her economic theories don’t work in the real world

But that doesn’t make her a communist
I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them.

"Homegirl from Oakland makes good" is a better story than "daughter of radical Berkely students continues the prolitariat struggle against economic injustice and systemic racism".
"Political correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it’s entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end." - Alan Simpson, Frontline Video Interview
