CO2 does not cause global warming.

It is routinely offset by increased reabsorbtion through a variety of biological, chemical, and physical processes.

Over millions of years, Earth's atmosphere has contained both greater and lesser amounts of CO2, irrespective of the presence of human civilization. This has been true throughout the history of the planet.

The entire hypothesis is false, and in a world where the scientific method still mattered it would lead not to panic, but to further analysis. 

But when one's goal is power, money and control.... science takes a back seat.

I think it depends on how much nonsense I read.

More nonsense causes elevation in biological function: heart rate, respiration, (blood pressure), hell, it probably makes my glucose levels spike, too, but all that means exhaling more CO2.

I would hope there are millions more like me.

So, according to the anti-plant food folks, their BS causes global warming.
