Appeals court sets schedule for DOJ bid to revive Trump classified documents case

A federal appeals court on Thursday set the timeline for the Justice Department‘s efforts to revive the classified documents case against former President Donald Trump after it was dismissed at the district court level earlier this month.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit said special counsel Jack Smith‘s opening briefs will be due by Aug. 27 and that Trump’s brief is due no more than 30 days later. Offering room for additional replies, the court’s schedule appears to show a decision could be made sometime around or after mid-October unless Smith seeks to expedite the request.

They just do not let up for a nanosecond. 

You have two people, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, neither holding the ONLY office capable of declassifying documents, take top secret documents, violating the law, and they do not get a hand slap, but with Trump, a POTUS, he had the power to declassify documents and he is getting indicted.

This Biden Idiocracy has been out of control for a long time.  What they have done is criminal.  But as we all know, they will never answer for what they have done.  They want to continue to drag Trump through the quagmire they created with their lawfare.

If Harris were to become POTUS, we would become more fascist than what our government became under Biden.  This nation is absolutely on the brink of going down for good with a Harris presidency.
