Texas Governor Greg Abbott celebrated on social media after the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested another "most wanted" illegal immigrant in Texas. The man was arrested in Round Rock, Texas, on July 31 after he was accused of raping a child.

Abbott said one more "criminal" is behind bars and "off our streets" after the man was apprehended by law enforcement officials. Abbott said in a post on X, formerly Twitter: "Texas arrested another criminal on our 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List.

U.S. Marshals arrested 25-year-old Mexican national Fabian Toribio-Martinez, who was on Texas' 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrant list, at an apartment complex.
