The Biden administration will extend Secret Service protection to independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said Monday.
In addition, “adjustments” have been made to the security protection provided to President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump, Mayorkas said, declining to reveal specifics. Sen. J.D. Vance, as Trump’s vice presidential choice, will get “the appropriate level of security,” Mayorkas added. ...
