Lawlessness prevails and law-abiding citizens are thrown under the bus!

What's next from here?

The businesses then fail and leave. The block attracts more homeless. More NGOs get more tax money. More monthly welfare checks are issued.

The homeless problem grows, and expands to more blocks.
