Ice had hold on illegal who posed as Uber driver who kidnapped and raped woman
🚨 Fresno County, CA: Bikramjit Singh was arrested last Friday for Kidnapping, False Imprisonment, and Raping a Drugged Victim.
He is accused of pretending to be an Uber driver and picking up a woman at a bar. Reports state that he told the victim that he had done this before.
He has an immigration detainer hold.
