WASHINGTON — President Biden received $40,000 in “laundered” funds from Chinese government-linked CEFC China Energy, according to a memo released Wednesday by the House Oversight Committee.

The alleged 2017 transfer from first brother James Biden to the future president involves the same business deal in which Joe Biden was called the “big guy” and penciled in for a 10% cut — and would be the first proven instance of the commander-in-chief getting a piece of his family’s foreign income.

The $40,000 went through a “complicated financial transaction” just weeks after first son Hunter Biden threatened his father’s wrath in a July 30, 2017, text message to a CEFC employee, the Republican-led Oversight Committee said in the memo.

The money ended up in Joe Biden’s bank account on Sept. 3, 2017, via a check labeled “loan repayment” from his younger brother, who partnered with Hunter in the venture.

“Remember when Joe Biden told the American people that his son didn’t make money in China?” Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) said in a video posted to X.

The Bidens keep claiming these are loan repayments. So where are the original loan payments from Joe Biden? And why were these loans never on his financial disclosure forms? It’s almost like there never were loans and these were all just bribe distributions.

The White House is dismissing the latest House Oversight Committee report which showed President Joe Biden previously took a $40,000 check from his family members not long after Chinese business associates gave them money.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer announced in a video posted to Twitter on Wednesday that bank records between the Biden family and its Chinese business associates show Biden took $40,000 of Chinese money in Sept. 2017. White House spokesman for oversight and investigations dismissed the report, calling it “desperate” and writing Comer’s claims off as “lies.” (RELATED: Here’s All The Evidence Connecting Joe Biden To Hunter Biden’s Foreign Business Dealings)

“Comer’s lies and conspiracy theories are getting more desperate by the day,” Sams wrote in a Wednesday tweet. “Perhaps that’s why yesterday he admitted his probe was going ‘downhill.'”

The White House today made clear to us that President Biden is refusing to hand over loan documents for any “loans” he provided to his brother, James Biden.

We’ve exposed nearly a quarter of a million of dollars that James Biden sent to Joe Biden as “loan repayments” that were funded by laundered China money and influence peddling schemes.

Is this what “the most transparent administration in history” is supposed to look like?

We won’t be stopped by the President’s stonewalling. We’ll continue to follow the money, expose President Biden’s corruption, and deliver accountability.
