The Biden administration appears to have deployed openly gay Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to throw shade on newly elected House Speaker Mike Johnson.

Johnson is, according to various reports, a staunch Christian who opposes gay marriage and has over the years frequently criticized the LGBT lifestyle. This fact has upset both the administration and the media, the latter of whom have been running endless hit pieces about Johnson’s “strident LGBTQ views,” as The Hill put it.

Enter Buttigieg, who on Friday slammed Johnson during a CNN appearance, tearing into him for having once described homosexuality as a “lifestyle choice.”

What's lost on the secular/leftist media is any Bible believing Christian will object to homosexual marriage and will be critical of sin. There are a lot of Christians who feel an attraction for people of the same sex, but they live a celibate lifestyle.

If we want America to return to a more sane place we have to stand up for the foundational principals that made this nation so great. Our country was built on Judeo-Christian values and those were found in Scripture. I don't know anyone who wants to hurt or persecute people with same sex attractions but embracing them as healthy and normal has led us to drag queen story hours in elementary schools and the advocacy of mutilating children.
