Other than, possibly, substantially different counter-measures than used in the Soviet-era aircraft Ukraine has, why the need for special preparation? Have the Russians not observed and prepared to counter USAF aircraft for decades?

Are F-16s capable of carrying a nuclear weapon being sent to Ukraine? And the F-16-compatible nuclear weapons Ukraine has never had? Orcish scare-propaganda!
