Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) expressed his concerns about U.S. universities’ subcontracting research programs to Chinese military-affiliated entities. He criticized the Biden administration for not providing information about it, on Thursday at a Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee hearing on the Government Accountability Office’s 2023 High Risk List.
