Cicilline backs bill to increase number of Supreme Court Justices from nine to 13

Congressman David Cicilline (D-RI) is supporting a bill that would increase the number of Supreme Court Justices from nine to 13.

Cicilline is now one of 55 co-sponsors for the bill, named, the Judiciary Act of 2021.

The Congressman added his name to the measure May 10, which comes after the Supreme Court leak indicating that Roe vs. Wade would be overturned.
