Democratic gubernatorial Georgia candidate Stacey Abrams said Friday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) had “perfected arms-length cruelty” against transgender children.

Anchor Nicolle Wallace asked, “What are you hearing from voters as you campaign around the state?”

Abrams said, “They are deep concerned about Medicaid expansion and health care. We have seen recent hospitals shut down. It will happen again in a couple of days in the state of Georgia. It’s because we refused to accept  Medicare expansion dollars that could help half a million people with access to health care but also bring $3.5 billion of taxpayer money back to our state and create 64,000 jobs. People are concerned about housing prices, both affordability and inventory. And they’re deeply concerned about children.”

She continued, “Yesterday, the governor signed a swath of bills that are designed to lie to our children. My parents raised me to believe that a lie of omission is a lie, nonetheless. Anytime we start to tell children we are going to ban books that they can’t read, we are going to change the history that they can learn, then we are not doing our job. And what is most cruel —Brain Kemp has perfected arms-length cruelty — is that he has set up a commission that is designed to tell transgender children that they can not compete with their friends. He is doing everything he can to make our most fragile and vulnerable children feel even more lost at a time we should wrap them in our arms and tell them they belong. So my deep concern and the concern of so many is they want a governor that believes in them. My mission  is to be a governor that serves all of them.”

All this concern about tranny kids kinda makes you wonder how these delicate flowers managed to make to to adulthood back in the old days,20 years ago,doesn't it?

Why should THEY get all this special attention,when the odds of any of them contributing a single damn thing to society other than maybe a fashion show or a new dance move,and normal kids that work hard end up ignored while LITERALLY being "the future of America"?

It kinda makes me wonder how many trannies/people-who-believe-they-are-not-the-sex-of-their-birth (let alone, homosexuals) were there 100 years ago. Not quite so many as in 2022, I suspect.

What with kids being the impressionable creatures that there are,I suspect a good percentage of the ones that claim this are just doing it for the attention they get. They don't have the first freaking clue as to what they are setting themselves up for. They are too young to understand there is such a thing as "GOOD attention" as well as "BAD attention",and once you "bite the apple" there is no going back until you are old enough to change your name and move to another state.

The adult perves not only know this,they count on it and work to keep it that way.

Then,several months,or a year later,they try going back to normal,and nobody will trust them enough to accept them.

Yes, I know there have always been homosexuals, but c'mon, not like today. 

A hundred years ago they either stayed quiet and conformed or they were put in mental institutions where they belonged, but democrats and the ACLU got those shut down decades ago which would suggest some long term planning.

I remember thinking at age 9 or so that I wished I was a boy. It wasn't that I actually wanted to be a boy, I just wanted to be able to participate in all the sports that were available to boys. I was one of those girls who had a knack for sports, but had no outlet. I wanted to play baseball, but there were no baseball opportunities for girls way back then.

Thank heavens no one intervened and started pumping me full of drugs.

I'm more than content being female, thanks. And I suspect that's the case with a lot of girls these days. Just give them a chance to be who they are.
