I was referring to Transexuals in bathrooms other than their natural sex. Gays males should go to male only bathrooms, and the females to their assigned sex restrooms.
@Sighlass That is about the only part of your post I agree with,and I don't even WANT to agree with that because unlike restrooms for females that have all facilities behind closed doors,rest rooms for males have urinals where anybody walking in can "check you out".
No big deal with adult males who can take care of themselves,but there are young boys going in there,too.
I even remember two instances,where females went into the mens room,dropped trousers,and backed up to one of the old-fashioned "trough" urinals,and let loose.
One instance was just a drunken woman at a bar with a LONG line at the ladies room.
The other instance was a bride that had just gotten married that day,and was at a bar with her friends celebrating. The line was too long at the ladies room,she was pretty drunk,so she just went into the mens room and let loose at the long urinal. This was a local bar filled with locals who pretty much all knew each other,so she was safe from molestation. Most just laughed,but a couple of guys quickly zipped up and got out of there.
I do think you have some sort of strange obsession with homosexuals and/or bathrooms. I kinda admire you for actually putting in a his,a hers,and a "whatever" bath in your own house,but this strikes me as a little obsessive unless you have homosexual family members or member,and want to separate them from everyone else.
BUT.....,you are not harming anyone,so have at it.
The truth is when it comes to public restrooms,there ARE no safe situations. For all you or anyone else knows the woman taking a small boy into the ladies room isn't even a woman.
Or IS a woman,but hates males and is taking him in there to get him in a stall where she can hurt him.
The uncomfortable truth is in the end,we all are going to face circumstances where we just have to trust strangers to be alert for possible molestation's or other physical hard,and to stop or report it to someone who can stop it.
BTW,I am no expert on this,but from what I have read or heard about child molesters is that their kink is sex with CHILDREN,and not necessarily homosexual sex. Their focus is on age,not gender.
Granted,there IS some "run over" when it comes to early teens,but I think those people are in a different category than actual child molesters. Sometimes a 18 year old boy will go to prison for having consensual sex with his 15 year old girlfriend who was only a couple of months away from being 16 and "legal",and end up doing hard time for rape. I worked with one of these guys for a while out in Denver. He was out of prison on some sort of work-release program and had rules he HAD to follow to keep from going back to prison.
Everybody he worked with knew about this too,as this was part of his parole requirements.
There are no perfect systems any more than there are any perfect people.
