Claire McCaskill: FNC’s Tucker Carlson ‘Really, Really Close to Treason’

Former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) said Monday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that she believed Fox News host Tucker Carlson is “really, really close to treason” because he was “parroting” Russian propaganda.

Discussing Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky’s upcoming address to the U.S. Congress, McCaskill said, “I think Zelensky not only needs to emotionally capture how important our support is and how he’s depending on our military to get the munitions to them very, very quickly. No question that Russia has to be struggling with a munitions stockpile now. Ukraine needs the billions of dollars that is we have passed in military support for their efforts, particularly those specific weapons programs to take out the kind of missiles that are indiscriminately — tanks and missiles that are bombing these civilian targets.”

McCaskill added, “I think he also needs to warn America about allowing Putin to use them for his propaganda. I particularly hope he mentions the false flag about biological weapons in Ukraine so that all the Republicans hear that Tucker Carlson and others are really, really close to treason in terms of what they are saying and parroting what is Putin’s dream, that he could have American media spreading his propaganda in the middle of his murderous assault on innocent children and civilians in Ukraine.”

The only thing Tucker Carlson is close to is ruffling the feathers of the power structure - he is speaking truth to power, in a way that long ago ceased to apply to any liberal.

And now along comes a proto-fascist who wishes to use the threat - not the fact, just the threat - of treason to squash the First Amendment.

I watch Carlson daily, and this bitch is flat out lying.  He has never endorsed Putin, and has insulted his arrogance and tyranny many times on the air. 

What he has eloquently done better than any one else, is to question the government's roles and efforts in what amounts to a local political dispute. Like I like to share...   There are 2 sides to every story.

IMO, what McCaskill, Romney vs. Gabbard, et. al., are doing is gaslighting of the highest order.  Honestly, it's just as despicable as  Smollette tactics.  IMO, accusing someone Treason, which is a capital punishment should have reverse criminal penalties when used for false political slanderous rhetoric.

I for one, will not be sporting any Yellow/Teal flaggies until Biden takes his deflective agenda, and fixes things here first.

Dissension is quickly becoming a lost right.  It's happening rapidly before our eyes.

Yep, if they think Tucker Carlson is such a treasonous danger to this country, wouldn't you think they'd want to come to his show and dispute or counter his allegations?

Carlson isn't Rush Limbaugh, but he is right now the clearest and strongest voice we have right now, exposing the hypocricy of  the left and RINO critters.  They  are pissed that he resonating, and his viewership continues to swell.
