Donald Trump’s greatest accomplishment as president may not have been the policies he enacted or the justices he appointed. Instead, as important as those accomplishments were and are, it is possible that the most important thing he did as president was to say to the political world, “I will not play your games. I am the champion of the people, not a member of the good old boys club.”

But now that he has broken the mold, thrown out the old rule book, and forged a new path of leadership, it will be best in 2024 for another conservative leader with backbone and conviction to take the lead. Trump simply brings too much collateral damage with him (and, I remind you, I voted for him in 2016 and 2020).

What prompts me to write this now is the latest reminder of the negative baggage that came along with Trump, this time in the form of two interviews he conducted with Israeli journalist Barak Ravid for his new book, Trump’s Peace: The Abraham Accords and the Reshaping of the Middle East.

No one has come forward, nor even hinted at a '24 run. The MSM has thrown out a couple of names, but that's about it.

We can only hope that past President Donald Trump decides to run and he remains in good health.

Amen!!!  ....and people still think that he lacked "character"??  He's his own person.  He did things "his way", not how 'they' wanted him to do things. 

I pray that President Trump remains in good health.

As I have mentioned previously, no conservative has come forward and declared that they intend to run in 2024.  Trump hasn't even made that announcement and last I read he's waiting until after the '22 elections to make that call.  That is wise, if the GOP doesn't take the House back in '22 nor the Senate, I don't see a GOP being seated for a very very long time, if ever.

Yet for the Trumpers, those values are passe' as the only matter that matters is politics, doncha know !!!.

POTUS TRUMP was always very thrifty.  He saved money, whenever he could.  FIRST THING?  The money given him to set up his cabinet,  20% was returned to treasury.  The wall, saved us billions of dollars, in dealing with ILLEGAL INVADERS.
The deals with Lockheed Martin...saved us money.  Everything he did, he got the price reduced.  That Embassy in Israel?  They quoted him a few billion dollars and no known finish date. He got it done for about $400,000.00  There is more, but for someone to think he wasn't thrifty or efficient is ludicrous. BUSINESS MAN!  Oh, He did NOT take any pay, nor any Trump who worked for America.  OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD!
