If President Joe Biden’s actions have told Americans anything in recent weeks, it’s that he would rather fight Republicans than deal with outside enemies.

The White House has long been locked in a battle with Republican governors — like Florida’s Ron DeSantis — over mask mandates, particularly for children returning to classrooms.

DeSantis has argued that parents should be allowed to make decisions for their children rather than relying on the school district or the state to make a blanket policy that may not be practical for everyone.

Biden has responded on several occasions by accusing him of “standing in the way” of recovery and has threatened to retaliate in several ways — including funding schools that defy DeSantis’ ban on mask mandates and using the Education Department’s Civil Rights arm to attack states that ban mask mandates. Is this a surprise to the writer? It goes for the entire left - politics is their religion, their political opponents are the equivalent to Satan. No one is more evil or dangerous in their eyes than anyone who stands between them and political power.

Did you forget all the MIAs and POWs he left behind when he made the deal to normalize relations with Hanoi?  You bet he'd have done the same as Biteme, if he thought it would be good politically.  The difference is, McStain was better at politics than Shortbus Joe.
