DOJ Warns States Not To Pursue Their Own Arizona-Style Election Audits

The U.S. Department of Justice is now telling states that they should not pursue their own Arizona-style election audits.

The DOJ’s new guidance document claims that undertaking “partisan” election audits could violate federal law, which seems like a clear statement directed at Republicans who support audits in states.

“The guidance document explicitly warns against audits in which election officials are forced to turn over materials like ballots or voting machines to state lawmakers or third parties — as in Arizona, whose audit is being run by the private company Cyber Ninjas,” Forbes reported.


“There are federal or criminal penalties attached,” the guidance asserts.

In AZ, no Rats would help with the Audit, so the GOP is having to do it alone with funding from voluntary donations.  And it's likely the Arizona audit is going to show rampant cheating to benefit Shortbus Joe and the Hoe.

Ok, so if the audit does show cheating to favor China Joe, then what? What truly can be done? If the DEMS didn't help with the audit (regardless of reason) then, won't it be seen as the GOP making the audit in their favor?

Nothing in terms of putting Trump back, that ship has sailed.  What will happen will be a huge outcry to repair the Election system with better laws to stop the cheating, maybe even taking Dominion out of the equation.  These are the things already in motion.

Of course it will, the Rats have been making that exact claim since before the Audit began.  Branding it a "GOP Enterprise" has been a stock answer for everything we do for decades.

Remember how the original AZ tally of the election dragged on for weeks?  It's because the AZ Rats were doing exactly what the Texas Legislature Rats are doing by fleeing the state to deny Quorum.  Our law requires people from both parties to be present at the counting.  The Dems boycotted, slowing the river down into a trickle.  IOW, it's how they roll.

The 2020 elections were fixed, and not just the POTUS election. 

I say end ALL ELECTRONIC VOTING AND RETURN TO MANUAL ONLY.  Ban the use of not only Dominion but all electronic voting systems.  Others are also susceptible to tampering too.

And if the election was fixed, I want to see every neck involved stretched, publicly!!!
