Meghan McCain Says Ron DeSantis Will Put Kamala Harris ‘In the Ground’ If They Face Off in 2024

Meghan McCain indicated on Monday that she views Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis as the strongest Republican presidential contender in 2024 while predicting he would make short work of a prospective presidential bid by Vice President Kamala Harris.
During a discussion on “The View” regarding Harris’ rising unpopularity in the polls, co-host MeCain argued she believes it is obvious that the vice president “needed more media training” because of a number of tactical mistakes she has made since assuming her office.
She then said that if Harris is somehow the Democratic Party presidential nominee in 2024 against DeSantis, he would “put her in the ground.”
“I think she stumbled when she was running for president. She dropped out before Iowa,” McCain noted.
“She was a very early dropout. She wasn’t resonating with voters way before President Biden was elected,” McCain added in response to co-host Whoopi Goldberg asking if she believes that Harris may have “stumbled coming out of the gate.”
