More than 1,000 COVID-19 cases reported in Arizona for fourth straight day

Arizona officials reported more than 1,000 new COVID-19 cases for a fourth straight day on Saturday, The Associated Press reported.

According to Arizona’s Department of Health Services, 1,152 new positive cases were reported on Saturday along with 14 COVID-19-related deaths. The number of COVID-19-related hospitalizations also rose to 745 on Friday, surpassing the recent totals of 500 to 600 daily hospitalizations in the months of May and June.

Also, 10 percent of virus-stricken patients are occupying beds at a hospital, according to recent statistics, down from the previous high of 66 percent during the winter.

In a statement last week, Dr. Cara Christ, the director of Arizona’s  Department of Health Services, said that an uptick of virus cases was preventable if people get vaccinated, Christ also noted that 51 percent of Arizona's population is vaccinated.

The article states that about 50% of AZ's have been vaccinated, I'd like to know how many of the 1,000 have been vaccinated and how many that are in the hospital have been vaccinated.  I think it is very important for the public to know whether or not the vaccines are truly effective in fighting COVID as well as the Delta variant.

IMO there's a reason why they are telling those who are vaccinated to keep wearing masks and social distance .... at least that's the latest that I've heard from the COVID 'authorities'.

As do I.  But there has been a concerted effort to keep such information away from the public.  It took over a year before they admitted that the human immune response of virus survivors remained robust long after recovery, negating the need for a vaccine.  Our government and their social media allies are purposely blocking the free flow of information, and people are needlessly suffering because of it.

The lack of information and conflicting information is exactly why I won't get the vaccine.

How many of these are 'false positive', which is extremely common with COVID tests.
Also, 'cases' do not equate to 'deaths', as much as the Democrats and their gimp-slave media shills try to push this narrative.
