A wish list of what could be done, by executive order, if one of the Republican candidates had courage.  Yet they are probably only cowardly lions...

The biggest problem is not taxes, it’s regulations.

No the two biggest problems in California are taxes and excessive regulations followed by a sanctuary state policy that assigns illegal ALIENS more rights than American citizens and a broken judicial system.
