Presumed Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden this week indicated that U.S. President Donald Trump’s rush to develop a coronavirus vaccine in record time may not yield a safe and effective product that the public can trust.
“People don’t believe that he is telling the truth [about the safety of the vaccine candidates],†Biden asserted. “Therefore, they’re not at all certain they’re going to take the vaccine.â€
“It’s not likely to go through all the tests and the trials that are needed to be done,†he added, referring to the potential vaccine.

https://www.janssen.com/johnson-johnson-announces-agreement-us-government-100-million-doses-investigational-covid-19-vaccineIf Biden tries the
Untested Trump Vaccine lie-narrative he'll get buried with facts. In the real world the several leading vaccine companies have been working with the Trump Administration to coordinate development, testing, and production capacity. The process has been accelerated, but testing has not been skipped.
The "Trump did nothing for two months" narrative was stupidly false, and with up to three vaccines probably being approved by the end of 2020, the Dems have the choice of having to admit (when questioned) that their narrative was false, or to attack the vaccines the way they did with HCQ. Attacking is the stupider response, and it looks like that is the Dems' choice.
