Moments ago, Fox News obtained documents from the White House that lays the groundwork for re-opening the American economy after the devastation caused by the Chinese Coronavirus.

President Trump and the task force are set to go live with more details at 6pm EST, but here is a sneak peak of the plan (via Fox News).
